·         Decisions about closures for weather will be made between 6:30 and 7:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Closures will be posted on Ray’s Weather, GoBlueRidge.net and on this site by 7:00 AM.

·         In all cases when we update BRTC closings on Ray’s Weather-closings:http://booneweather.com/Forecast/Boone, Our announcement will be listed under Businesses not under Schools.

·         On inclement weather days, if ASU cancels classes for the day, then BRTC classes will be canceled.  Check WATA (1450 AM), WECR (102.3 FM),  MTN, or RAY’S  WEATHER for information on Appalachian State Closures.

·         Decisions about weather closure for “off-site” classes will be made by the instructor and communicated to students directly.
