Dear Book Lovers,
We have homeschooled for 31 years! Collecting books and curriculum is every homeschool mom’s fettish and I was no exception. But now they must go. This Saturday we are having a big sale.
Three and 1/2 birds are out of the nest, soaring to the winds of God’s Spirit as He directs and propels them in life. We are overwhelmed with His faithfulness and grace. But now it is time to make room on my sagging shelves for the books MOM is into, and you can benefit.
These are the books that propelled our sons to pursue great adventures. One went to Darfur to feed starving refugees, another to Israel to deliver goods to the poor. One started his own radio show and now works in the Big Apple, while another composes great music and designs websites. One jumps from cliffs borne on the wind with a wing suit while another has built his own forge for casting his sculptures and carves amazing pipes by design. All have traveled the world visiting ancient ruins and modern capitals, from the Swiss Alps to the deserts of Sinai.

I’ll be giving away copies of my favorite homeschool ideas for every purchase of $25 or more.
The proceeds of the sale will be split between our new granddaughter (joining our family September 15ish) and my new favorite missionary to backpackers in New Zealand, Kathryn Hodges.
